Most commercial clients prefer a service agreement

A service agreement gives a commitment from the client that the commercial heating company relies on and in return the client receives preferential treatment and expert advice when they need it.

Many businesses don’t think about putting in place an agreement until after they have suffered, with no heating company employed it could be days or weeks until an issue is addressed. In the winter the callout can be either very expensive or delayed if you can find someone at all.

We commit to our commercial clients that we will respond in the fastest practical manner, this could be a phone consultation out of hours or a commercial gas engineer visit to ascertain the issue and put into effect the repair. Reduced rates are given to clients with service agreements which helps prevent large unforeseen costs.

Within the agreement and depending on the property we recommend one major service to the equipment and sometime one additional interim service six months apart. Unlike some heating companies we will conduct or exceed the level of service recommended by the manufacturer and if requested can perform a commercial landlords gas safety certificate during the same visit.
